Name and description of the initiative
This sections allows the user to define what the initiative is, i.e what the activity consists of. The description field allows the user to explain the specific objectives to be met by the initiative. Each Initiative, like the projects, has a unique code. When an initiative is deleted, the code is also deleted and the following initiatives that are created will adopt the subsequent numerical codes.Start and end dates
This fields establish when the initiative begins and ends. The end date can be left open if there is uncertainty regardind the end date.On the other hand, it must be taken into account that the star date of the initiative should be coherent with the date when the contributions are made. The date introduced corresponding to a contribution cannot be prior ro the start date of the initiative.
Country, Region and City
This field will indicate the country and region where the beneficiaries or beneficiary community of the initiative ar located. In case it is global initiative, where the beneficiaries are not in a specific place, for example if they are are internet users, the "Global" option will be indicated in the country drop down.Internal Initiative Grouping (Only for some entities)
This indicator will automatically retrieve the fields created in the "Classification" section. It is only available to entities that have requested it, being a customizable field that is then retrieved in the Reports
