Compliance with objectives and analysis of initiatives
Alignment with the mission
You can indicate in this section to what extent the objectives of the initiative are aligned with the mission of the entity.Execution of the initiative in efficiency
This indicator measures the degree to which a given project has helped to "do things well". The efficiency has to do with the optimization of the costs generated by an activity in relation to the results obtained. The objective of this indicator is for the entity to answer the question: how optimal has been the proportion of sources invested in relation to the results obtained?Execution of the initiative in effectiveness
Effectiveness refers to "doing the right things". This indicator measures the degree to which the activities that have been carried out have managed to solve the problem addressed by the project. We measure the capacity of the initiative to achieve the desired or expected effect.Economic sustainability
This indicator should reflect the degree to which the initiative has stable resources of funding. Is it a grant that ends that year? In this case the degree of stability would be low. Is it an initiative that we carry out with stable partner funds? In such case the degree of stability will be high.Aligning the results with the objectives of the initiative
This section may indicate how aligned the results achieved are with the objectives and goals set at the beginning. The high or low valuation of these indicators must be marked by the user entity, depending on the type of activity and the required exigency.
